PROGRAM PURPOSE

 

This program is for people who want to learn broad range of specialized management skills, which together with appropriate career experience will prepare students for the role of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Students will also learn about Asset Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Inventory Purchasing, Budgeting and Control System and Management.

 

Graduates with degrees in Tourism and Hospitality are among the most sough after by all segments of the economy. Not only is the job market bright for Tourism graduates, the level of income for those entering the field is among the highest of all graduates.

 

Degree Requirements

 

The requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management calls for completion of 120 course credits with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 points and satisfactory completion of Internship/Project with 6 credits.
